Organization

Lecturers

- A lecturer can also teach in other organizations with the same account and no extra cost
Lecturer Permission Setup
- Control what lecturers in your organization can and cannot do
- You can grant permissions to Manage students, Manage lecturers & Manage assessments
Students
- Invite students to your organization manually or via bulk Excel upload
- A student can log in to multiple organizations using the same account
- After a student accepts the invite, permitted lecturers can assign them to modules
Dashboard
- Shows assessments, resources, and recordings due/available today or this week
- Provides a Join button for upcoming live classes
Modules
- Module is a specific subject/class with assigned students and lecturers
- Assign students and lecturers to the module

- Live classes can be created for each module
