This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs subscription payments made directly to Learnerr (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for access to and use of the Learnerr learning management software (“Platform”). By subscribing to Learnerr, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies only to subscription fees paid to Learnerr for the use of our SaaS platform.

This Policy does NOT apply to:

  • Payments made by students or end users for courses, programs, or digital products

  • Course fees, tuition, certifications, or learning materials sold by educators, institutions, or businesses using Learnerr

  • Any transactions processed on behalf of our customers and transferred directly to them

Learnerr acts solely as a technology service provider and is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks related to student or end-user payments.

2. Subscription Model

Learnerr operates on a recurring monthly subscription basis, billed in advance for each billing cycle.

  • Subscription fees grant access to platform features for the duration of the active billing period

  • Fees are charged automatically unless the subscription is canceled prior to renewal

  • Prices, plans, and features may vary and are clearly displayed at the time of purchase

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 General Policy

All subscription fees paid to Learnerr are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy.

Because Learnerr provides immediate access to digital services and platform features, refunds are generally not issued for:

  • Partial months of service

  • Unused time remaining in a billing cycle

  • Failure to use the platform after purchase

  • Downgrades or plan changes mid-cycle

3.2 Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered at Learnerr’s sole discretion under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to a billing error

  • Technical issues caused directly by Learnerr that prevent platform access for a prolonged period and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

  • Incorrect subscription plan charged due to a system error

All refund requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.

4. Free Trials & Promotional Periods

If Learnerr offers a free trial or promotional access:

  • No charges apply during the trial period

  • Once the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless canceled beforehand

  • Refunds are not provided for failure to cancel before the trial expiration

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing cycles

  • Access to the platform remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • No refunds are issued for the remaining time in the current cycle

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Learnerr support may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account

  • Loss of access to platform data and services

We encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve billing concerns promptly and fairly.

7. Student Payments & Third-Party Transactions

Learnerr is not liable for:

  • Refunds requested by students or learners

  • Payment disputes related to courses, programs, or content sold by customers

  • Financial agreements between customers and their learners

All refund and return policies for student payments must be defined and managed solely by the customer (educator, institution, or business).

8. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

This Policy complies with applicable digital services and SaaS regulations. Where local laws provide mandatory refund rights, those rights will apply and override this Policy where required.

9. Policy Changes

Learnerr reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
